Criterios de selección de imágenes en los archivos de televisión

Abstract

La selección de imágenes en las televisiones estatales viene marcada por una serie de factores ajenos al propio proceso documental, ya que la primera selección vendrá impuesta por la realidad social y por mostrarse ante los medios de comunicación como “hecho noticiosos”. Desde el punto de vista documental, la selección que nos interesa es la efectuada cuando ya han entrado en el medio las diferentes imágenes a través de agencias de noticias, reporteros, centros territoriales, corresponsalías, etc.
