Esquemas, representaciones y formulaciones del sistema verbal español: la temporalidad del indicativo

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es echar un vistazo a la correspondencia entre tres diferentes enfoques para el estudio de la tensión --estructural, reichenbachiana y vectorial-- y el uso real de las formas verbales. Entre otros aspectos considerados, algunos de los principales puntos que se consideran son: 1) el número de formas generalmente incluido y la necesidad de tener en cuenta estar + gerundio e ir a + infinitivo; 2) la falsa simetría que se establece entre formas simples y compuestas; 3) la constricción impuesta por la estructura de esquema en distinciones de tensión y los diferentes puntos de vista expresados por diferentes estructuralistas; 4) la necesidad de un tratamiento global de la usos desplazadas. Una propuesta tentativa de sistematización de la tensión, que se hace siguiendo las ideas de G. Rojo (Verba !, 1974).

The aim of this article is to take a look at the correspondence between three different approaches to the study of tense -structural, reichenbachiana and vectorial- and the actual use of verb forms. Among other aspects considered, some of the main points considered are: 1) The number of forms usually included and the need of taking into account estar + gerundio and ir a + infinitivo; 2) The false symmetry established between simple and compound forms; 3) the constriction imposed by structure schema upon tense distinctions and the different viewpoints expressed by different estructuralists; 4) the need for a global treatment of displaced uses. A tentative proposal of tense systematization is made following the ideas of G. Rojo(Verba !, 1974).
