The author, internationally recognized like specialist in Scotus, exposes in this article of brief way the culminating moments of the life of Scotus (1266-1308) reviewing the work written of he himself and indicating to the editions critics that have been published and of that they read to him, they can are sure. In the second part, after touching the importance that it has to be with the fundamental intuition of a visa system to its deep and coherent comprehension, it proposes the idea of transcendental freedom, as soon as principle to initiate something by way of freedom against the principle to initiate something by nature way. After indicating the difference, this radical he is, transcendental, that exists between these two ways to initiate to begin something and to mention some characteristics of one and another one to build, the author one rises to the determination of the First that all taking origin. This First, against all the ways to think it the philosophers “naturalists” of antiquity s an Important one, structured internally like Trinity in Persons who, to one, produce the created thing by way of freedom and not by nature way. And from this comprehension of First, the author emphasizes the characters of the created one: to have personal character that, by reciprocal free love, is called to constitute a state of free Super-friendship with the First and personal one.
