| Abstract: | Con este trabajo pretendemos analizar cómo ha sido abordada la problemática del desarrollo económico rural dentro de la política de desarrollo rural de la Unión Europea. Para ello describiremos, en primer lugar, los objetivos prioritarios que estableció la Comunidad para los fondos estructurales y en segundo lugar otra serie de iniciativas comunitarias destinadas al mundo rural (programas LEADER y PRODER). In this paper we analyze how it has been addressed the problem of rural economic development within the rural development policy of the European Union. This will describe, first, the priority objectives established for the Community structural funds and secondly a number of other community initiatives focusing on rural areas (LEADER and PRODER programs). |
