La formación permanente del profesorado de enseñanzas secundarias en Extremadura

Abstract

En la primera parte del artículo se lleva a cabo una somera reflexión acerca de la necesidad que tienen los profesores de Educación Secundaria de recibir Formación Permanente. A continuación el artículo se centra en el panorama con que dicha Formación se presenta en el contexto extremeño. Por un lado, se encuadra la Formación Permanente en el organigrama de la Consejería de Educación de Extremadura. Por otro lado, se presenta y analiza la oferta formativa que se ofrece desde ella (modalidades, temáticas, etc.). El artículo concluye con una serie de reflexiones acerca de la bondad de dichas ofertas y de las mejoras que, según el parecer de la autora, deberían introducirse.

In the first part of our research, we carry out a brief reflection on the needs of secondary school teachers to receive Continuing Education. The following article focuses on the training scenario that occurs in the context of Extremadura. On the one hand, the Continuing Education is included in the establishment of the Ministry of Education of Extremadura. On the other hand, the training offer provided is presented and analysed from itself (patterns, themes, etc.). The article concludes with a series of reflections about the goodness of such offers and the improvements that, according to the author, should be introduced.
