| Abstract: | En este artículo se analiza y valora el desarrollo de la metodología empleada por José Manuel Pérez Prendes en sus investigaciones sobre la Historia del Derecho, teniendo como base su eje simbiótico: Historia-Derecho-Filosofia. Considera que es una metodología científicamente apropiada para llegar al conocimiento de la esencia del Derecho. This article analyzes and evaluates the development of the methodology used by Jose Manuel Perez Prendes in his research on the history of law, based on its symbiotic axis: History-Law-Philosophy. This methodology is considered scientifically appropriate to the knowledge of the essence of Law. |
