| Abstract: | La protección del medio ambiente ha alcanzado gran relevancia en los últimos años, en los que han proliferado los estudios con preocupaciones ecológicas. El Derecho está llamado a dar respuestas satisfactorias cuando se produce colisión de intereses en dicha materia y frente al desbocado crecimiento económico y el incesante desarrollo tecnológico e industrial. Environmental protection has become very important in recent years, which have proliferated studies with ecological concerns. Law is called to give satisfactory answers when interest collision occurs in this matter and against unbridled economic growth and constant technological and industrial development. |
