Abstract

El lector de la obra de George Sand encuentra generalmente, en los enfoques recientes, opiniones y referencias obligadas no sólo a su vida privada, sino también a sus tendencias regionalistas, socialistas y feministas, que ilustran una rica carrera literaria que evoluciona del romanticismo social a un idealismo revolucionario y, a veces místico. "Laura" tiene en nuestra opinión, las características del nuevo género corto que es, como el cuento, soporte textual a la fantasía, que los autores del siglo XIX adoptan normalmente.
