| Abstract: | El propósito de este trabajo es el de examinar y estudiar "The Hothouse", como obra conflictiva y clave para la evolución del teatro de Harold Pinter. A pesar de su discutible calidad dramática resulta de gran utilidad para tratar de resolver las contradicciones de la crítica en torno a la obra de este dramaturgo. The purpose of this paper is to examine and study "The Hothouse" as conflicting work and key into the evolution of Harold Pinter's theatre. Despite its questionable dramatic quality it is useful to try to resolve the contradictions of criticism about the work of this dramatist. |
