Investigación sobre envejecimiento activo y ocupación como fuente de salud y calidad de vida

Abstract

Es evidente que se está produciendo un aumento de población con tendencia a envejecer y por una sociedad en cuya estructura se consolidará la abundante presencia de personas mayores. Por este motivo, se han de buscar estrategias para la mejora del bienestar y de la calidad de vida de este sector de población. Para llevar a cabo investigaciones al respecto, es necesario verificar que se está estudiando en torno a la temática que se desea estudiar. Por lo tanto, esta comunicación se presenta como una revisión teórica de los trabajos más importantes en relación a la temática que se presenta en este trabajo, basado en la importancia del envejecimiento activo y la ocupación como fuente de salud y calidad de vida. De esta forma, se delimita la base de la que deberán partir las investigaciones y programas que pretendan mejorar el bienestar y la calidad de vida de este sector de población a través del envejecimiento activo y la ocupación según las líneas de investigación que se vienen desarrollando en España y Europa.

It is evident that an increase of population is taking place with trend to age and for a company in whose structure will consolidate the abundant presence of major persons. For this motive, strategies have to be looked for the improvement of the well-being and of the quality of life of this sector of population. To carry out investigations in the matter, it is necessary to check that it is studied concerning the subject matter that is wanted to study. Therefore, this communication appears as a theoretical review of the most important works in relation to the subject matter that one presents in this work based on the importance of the active aging and the occupation as source of health and quality of life. Of this form, there is delimited the base of which they will have to divide the investigations and programs that try to improve the well-being and the quality of life of this sector of population across the active aging and the occupation according to the lines of investigation that they come developing in Spain and Europe.
