Interacción de la aplicación de la filosofía lean y la felicidad en el trabajo

Abstract

Se analiza, a través de la tesis doctoral, cómo perciben diferentes operarios de muy distinta procedencia, cultura, formación e idioma, la implantación progresiva de la filosofía Lean a todos los niveles, en un taller de piezas de caucho fabricadas por inyección, dedicado a la industria del automóvil, en su felicidad diaria percibida en el entorno del puesto de trabajo que ocupan. Para ello, se presenta una metodología cualitativa, mediante el desarrollo del “caso de éxito” de los talleres de fabricación en Cáceres - Tánger, exponiéndose el histórico de todo lo aplicado desde el comienzo de la investigación, hasta la situación actual. Esta metodología puede ser aplicada a cualquier tipo de industria, y es posible analizar cómo afectaría la aplicación de la filosofía Lean en esta industria particular a la felicidad de sus trabajadores. La base cuantitativa utilizada como método de trabajo es la realización conjunta de 3 encuestas, en los talleres de España y Marruecos, a cada uno de los operarios que cuentan con una antigüedad superior al inicio del estudio (abril de 2014), que permite, por tanto, poder comparar y valorar por parte del sujeto, la situación antes y después de la implantación de la filosofía Lean dentro de la empresa. Para el análisis, medida e interpretación de las encuestas se utiliza el modelo de Rasch.

We analyze, through this doctoral thesis, how different workers of different backgrounds, culture, training and language perceive the progressive implementation of the Lean philosophy at all levels, in a workshop of rubber parts manufactured by injection, dedicated to the automotive industry, in their daily happiness perceived in the environment of the job they occupy. For this, a qualitative methodology is presented, through the development of the "case of success" of the manufacturing workshops in Cáceres - Tangier, exposing the history of everything applied from the beginning of the investigation, to the current situation. This methodology can be applied to any type of industry, and it is possible to analyze how the application of the Lean philosophy in this particular industry would affect the happiness of its workers. The quantitative basis used as working method will be the joint execution of 3 surveys, in the workshops of Spain and Morocco, to each of the operators that have a seniority superior to the start of the study (April 2014), which allows, therefore, to be able to compare and evaluate on the part of the subject, the situation before and after the implementation of the Lean philosophy within the company. For the analysis, measurement and interpretation of the surveys, the Rasch model is used.
