La renta feudal en Castilla y León a través de algunos de sus ejemplos

Abstract

Hemos intentado esbozar las líneas directrices de la renta feudal castellanoleonesa en el período que va del siglo XI al XIII mediante el análisis de los buenos y malos fueros que tienen una importancia cualitativa apreciable. Tras esto, y siguiendo con el mismo tema, estamos interesados en el estudio de otros grupos de fueros de zonas diferentes que nos permitan a la vez contrastar las tendencias generales que dimanan de aquéllos y éstos y captar las diferencias regionales existentes dentro de la monarquía.

We have tried to outline the guidelines of the Castilian and Leonese feudal incomes in the period from the 11th to 13th century through the analysis of good and bad fueros that have an appreciable qualitative importance. After this, and continuing with the same theme, we are interested in the study of other groups of jurisdictions from different areas that allow us to contrast the general tendencies that emanate from them and these and capture the regional differences existing within the monarchy.
