| Abstract: | Las diversas manifestaciones culturales de una comunidad concreta no son ajenas a la realidad social existente. Tratar de analizar y describir las distintas prácticas y modalidades culturales en la Extremadura de fines del siglo XIX y principios del XX, así como calibrar el grado de influencia y trascendencia que para la región tuvieron estas manifestaciones es el objetivo del presente artículo. The different cultural manifestations of a particular community are not isolated from the existing social reality. This paper aims to analyze and describe the different cultural practices and modalities in Extremadura at the end of the 19th and early 20th century. It also attempts to assess the degree of influence and transcendence which such manifestations held for the region. |
