Abstract: | En el presente artículo se expone la estrategia legal que siguió Hernán Cortés y su compañía de Hernán Cortés en las playas del actual México, con el objeto de romper sus relaciones con el Gobernador de Cuba, Diego Velázquez de Cuéllar, y ligar el cabildo que allí se fundó, con la Corona española. This article outlines the legal strategy pursued by Hernán Cortés and his company Hernán Cortés on the beaches of current Mexico, with the aim of breaking his relations with the Governor of Cuba, Diego Velázquez de Cuéllar, and linking the municipality that was founded there, with the Spanish crown. |
