Abstract: | En la escuela de Isócrates se despreciaban las enseñanzas dedicadas a la oratoria judicial. El objetivo del presente trabajo es cuestionar esta opinión. Resolver esta cuestión es esencial para poder precisar el influjo de lsócrates en la técnica de composición de discursos judiciales de oradores posteriores, en gran medida formados en su Escuela. In Isocrates' School, the teachings devoted to the judicial oratory were despised. The objective of this work is to question this view. To resolve this issue is essential to clarify the influence of lsócrates in the art of compounding judicial speeches of subsequen speakers, largely formed in his school. |
