| Abstract: | Apenas se ha prestado atención al "De Regno" de Juan Ginés de Sepúlveda, salvo en citas ocasionales, casi siempre para corroborar los criterios que podían leerse en alguno de sus otros escritos mas difundidos. Aquí se analizan la estructura y conceptos jurídicos básicos de la obra. It has barely paid attention to the "Di Regno" written by Juan Gines de Sepulveda, except for occasional appointments, often to corroborate the criteria that could be read in any of his other writings most widespread. Here, the structure and basic legal concepts of the work are analyzed. |
