| Abstract: | En el presente trabajo abordamos mediante un conjunto de reflexiones filosóficas, jurídicas y sociales el tema del Cooperativismo Agrario. Al constituir éste una de las más adecuadas vías para que el productor y empresario del Agro, pueda mejorar en su calidad y competitividad obteniendo junto a los resultados materiales, resultados morales y sociales nacidos de la Unión, Colaboración y participación en Común. In this piece of work, we try to deal with the subject of Agricultural Cooperatives through a series of philosophical, juridical and social reflections. Agricultural Cooperatives are one of the most appropriate ways for the producer and de agronomist to improve the quality of their products and their competitiveness getting, together with the financial benefits, social and moral benefits, coming from the common union, cooperation and participation. |
