| Abstract: | A pesar del camino andado en la política de tutela y difusión del Patrimonio Cultural, la población local sigue siendo al día de hoy la gran marginada en su gestión y en su recepción, más enfocadas hacia el turismo y la atracción de capitales exteriores. Este artículo pretende ser una llamada de atención a la difícil situación que atraviesan muchos municipios de nuestra geografía, y busca devolver a sus ciudadanos la posición privilegiada que poseyeron un día en la producción de esos bienes. This article focuses on the importance that citizens and neighbourhoods have in the management of Cultural Heritage. By means of the analysis of the situation, we offer possible solutions and situate the municipality as the protagonist in the management and reception of cultural heritage. |
