La “escaleta” como base de la gestión documental para noticiarios televisivos

Abstract

Se muestra como la escaleta –guión de la emisión de noticiarios televisivos- puede ser la única herramienta válida para el análisis y conservación de información audiovisual en las empresas televisivas. Lo habitual es contar con estructuras documentales mucho más complejas y estables pero existen gran cantidad de empresas audiovisuales con carencias tanto en recursos humanos como en personal donde la gestión se lleva a cabo por escasas personas, por lo que la capacidad de tiempo de dedicación es pobre. Para demostrar dicha utilidad la escaleta será analizada desde las diferentes fases del proceso informativo documental. Igualmente se muestra de forma breve cómo se lleva a cabo la labor documental en empresas con posibilidades económicas y de personal para así demostrar las diferencias existentes y la posibilidad que ofrece una correcta gestión de las escaletas.

In this paper is showed how the TV Listings - the script of the newscast broadcasting-can be the only valid tool for the analysis and preservation of the audio-visual information in the audiovisual companies. The usual way to procceed is counting on more complex and stables documentation structures but there are a large variety of audio-visual companies with a lack of human resources and staff where the management is done by a few, so there is not a great dedication on this issue. TV lisiting will be analysed from different stages of the documentation process to demonstrate its usefulness. Likewise, in this paper, the documentation task in companies with economical possibilities and with enough human resources is showed briefly in order to prove the exisiting differences and the possibility offered by a correct management of these TV listings.
