La percepción del conflicto escolar por los educadores

Abstract

El conflicto escolar ha sido y sigue siendo una de las preocupaciones de los educadores. Muchos análisis y estudios han sido realizados sobre este tema por innumerables investigadores del campo de las ciencias psicológicas. En este trabajo, los autores analizan el conflicto escolar desde dos vertientes: una, desde la medida de la percepción del conflicto por los educadores a través de indicadores colectivos de comportamiento de los alumnos en el aula y la otra desde el punto de vista de las actitudes individuales de los alumnos en el aula. Además, se cruzarán las percepciones del conflicto escolar de los educadores, con las variables socioeducativas como: edad, género, estado civil, localización y tipo del centro donde trabajan.

School conflict has been and continues to be one of the concerns of educators. Many analyses and studies have been conducted on this topic by countless researchers in the field of psychological sciences. In this paper, the authors analyze the school conflict from two aspects: one, from the measurement of the perception of conflict by educators through collective indicators of student behavior in the classroom and the other from the point of view of individual attitudes of students in the classroom. In addition, educators' perceptions of the school conflict will be crossed with socio-educational variables such as: age, gender, marital status, location and type of the center where they work.
