| Abstract: | Se expone una panorámica general y una reflexión sobre la relación de algunos casos de la ciencia jurídica alemana y española en los siglos XIX y XX para crear una doctrina jurídica. Se comparan y relacionan distintos juristas españoles y alemanes en sus líneas de estudio y en las distintas fuentes jurídicas usadas para desarrollar la doctrina. We present an overview and a reflection on the relation of some cases of legal science in German and Spain in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries to create a legal doctrine. We compare and relate different Spanish and Germans jurists in their lines of study and in the various legal sources used to develop the doctrine. |
