Teoría de números. Grado en Matemáticas

Abstract

El presente texto está concebido por el autor como el manual de la asignatura cuatrimestral Teoría de Números, del cuarto curso del Grado de Matemáticas de la UEX. Este curso es una introducción a la Teoría de Números y hacemos un especial énfasis en la relación de esta teoría con la Teoría de Curvas Algebraicas. Suponemos que los alumnos han cursado antes un curso de Teoría de Galois (Álgebra I) y un curso de Variedades Algebraicas (Álgebra II).

El manual está divido en cuatro temas. En cada tema incluimos un cuestionario, una lista de problemas (con sus soluciones) y la biografía de un matemático relevante (en inglés).

The present text is conceived by the author as the manual of the quarterly subject Theory of Numbers, the fourth course of the degree of Mathematics of the UEX. This course is an introduction to the theory of numbers and we make a special emphasis on the relationship of this theory with the theory of algebraic curves. We assume that the students have completed before a course of Galois theory (Algebra I) and a course of algebraic varieties (Algebra II).

The manual is divided into four themes. In each issue we include a questionnaire, a list of problems (with their solutions) and the biography of a mathematician relevant (in English).
