Los CPRs como centros de formación permanente

Abstract

Los Centros de Profesores y de Recursos (CPRs) son el resultado de la unión de dos redes, la de los Centros de Profesores y la de Centros de Recursos y Servicios de Apoyo Escolar, que han servido de apoyo -humano y material- al profesorado a lo largo de los últimos años. Los nuevos Centros de Profesores y de Recursos son los encargados de planificar, diseñar y ejecutar actividades de formación permanente del profesorado, de gestionar todo tipo de recursos didácticos, de promocionar y apoyar la innovación y la investigación educativa, de asesorar a los centros docentes (no universitarios) y de dinamizar social y culturalmente, todo ello teniendo como referencia al profesorado y al centro educativo, dando por tanto importancia a la formación autónoma y personalizada.

The Centros de Profesores y de Recursos (CPRs)-Centres of Teacher and Resources are the result of the unification of two nets, on the one hand, the Teacherós Centres and on the other the Schools Supportinng Services and the Resources Centres, which have served as human and material to tha tea­cher's profession throughout the last years. The new Centres of Teacher and Resources, are the ones in charge of planning, designing and executing the permanent training teacher's activities and impell socially and culturally. Also, they are involved in the management of all sort of didactic resources, in promoting and holding up educative innovation and research. They carry out all of it having in mind the teaching profession and educative centres and so giving importance to autonomous and individual training.
