Abstract: | El objetivo de esta comunicación es señalar la importancia de un tratamiento de rehabilitación psicosocial a lo largo de la vida. Para ello expondremos casos clínicos de pacientes con Trastorno Mental Grave (TMG) diagnosticados en la infancia-adolescencia, momento en el que se comienza el tratamiento multidisciplinar, y su evolución a lo largo de diferentes etapas vitales en distintos dispositivos de Salud Mental, sin olvidar la relevancia de comenzar con el abordaje a una edad temprana para coordinarlo de forma intersectorial y conseguir una integración total. Estudiaremos las manifestaciones psicopatológicas de los trastornos mentales graves de la infancia y de la adolescencia, junto con todo lo que ello produce y señalando la importancia del desbordamiento familiar y escolar existente. El cuidado de la salud mental de niños, niñas y adolescentes asienta las bases para unas relaciones interpersonales más sanas y, por tanto, representa una gran esperanza contribuyendo de manera relevante al bienestar de la comunidad e incorporando la perspectiva de promoción y prevención de la salud. The aim of this essay is to point out the relevance of psychosocial rehabilitation treatment in the course of a person’s life. In order to get this purpose, we shall present and analyse the progress and development in treatment lived by patients diagnosed with severe mental disorder during her early teens. Several mental health devices have been involved in her treatment to coordinate the inter-sectoral and achieve full integration. We will study the psychopathology of severe mental disorders of childhood and adolescence, with all that it produces and noting the importance of family and school existing overflow. The mental health care of children and adolescents lays the foundation for healthy interpersonal relationships and, therefore, represents a great hope to contribute significantly to the welfare of the community and incorporating the perspective of promotion and health prevention. |
