| Abstract: | Durante las tres últimas décadas, las reflexiones de los analistas de los problemas de desarrollo en África, destacan por el afropesimismo y el afrocatastrofismo. Ello viene ilustrado por los llamativos calificativos utilizados para expresar la situación del Continente: "desarrollo del subdesarrollo", "mal, contra o antidesarrollo", "negación del desarrollo", "catástrofe permanente", "tercer mundo del Tercer Mundo", "cuartomundialización de África", etc. During the last three decades, the reflections of the analysts of the problems of development in Africa, stand out for Afro-pessimism and Afro-catastrophism. This is illustrated by the striking qualifiers used to express the situation of the continent: "development of underdevelopment", "bad, against or anti-development", "denial of development", "permanent catastrophe", "third world of the Third World", "globalization of Africa", etc. |
