El juicio cambiario en la Nueva Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil

Abstract

Con este trabajo se pretende poner de manifiesto lo singular del juicio cambiario en la nueva Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, como forma de protección del tráfico jurídico representado por los títulos-valores. De igual manera, se pretende apuntar algunos defectos de dicha norma que, en modo alguno, impiden su buena consideración y que, sin duda, irán resolviéndose con el tiempo y la propia labor de la jurisprudencia.

This paper aims to evince the peculiar nature of exchange trials in the new Civil Trial Law as a way of protecting juridical traffic represented by title-assets. We also aim to note down some drawbacks in the law, which nonetheless do not impede effective development, and which will be, undoubtedly, sorted out with time and by work of justice itself.
