Estructuras territoriales planificadas estudiadas mediante análisis multivariado

Abstract

El artículo tiene como objetivo primordial el demostrar que el futuro del territorio mallorquín, según el planteamiento municipal, seguirá con el mismo esquema que en la actualidad: macrocefalia de la capital insular (Palma) y especialización turística de la costa, con el interior y la montaña ligeramente al margen de esta problemática, al menos en sus aspectos morfológico­paisajísticos. Lo que podría equivaler a decir que no existe política de ordenación del territorio.

The main aim of the article is to demonstrate that the future of the Mallorcan territory, according to the municipal approach, will continue with the same scheme as at present: macrocephaly of the island's capital (Palma) and tourist specialisation of the coast, with the interior and the mountains slightly outside of this problem, at least in their morphological and landscape aspects. This could be tantamount to saying that there is no land-planning policy.
