| Abstract: | La toxoplasmosis en la especie canina no es frecuente. Además, la enfermedad suele cursar de forma inaparente, aunque en ocasiones se manifiesta clínicamente por una serie de trastornos que van desde las alteraciones entéricas (descritas y obtenidas experimentalmente en 1972) hasta alteraciones "in útero”. Seguimos la descripción de Greene al referirse a las dos formas de presentación principales: postnatal aguda y postnatal crónica. Toxoplasmosis in the canine species is not frequent . In addition, the disease usually progresses in an inapparent way, although on occasions it is clinically manifested by a series of disorders that range from enteric alterations (described and obtained experimentally in 1972) to "in utero" alterations. We follow Greene's description when referring to the two main forms of presentation: acute postnatal and chronic postnatal. |
