The hermeneutic guideline contained in Art. 10.2 of the Spanish Constitution, according to which "The norms relating to the fundamental rights and freedoms recognised by the Constitution shall be interpreted in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international treaties and agreements on the same subjects ratified by Spain", constitutes an excellent reason for reflection on the legal nature of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its application by some domestic jurisdictions. |
