After the end of the commemorative year dedicated to Cervantes´ fourth Century, I thought that it was the moment to write an article about "the beyond" in the work of the most important Spanish writer of all times and to show the different positions about the passing to the otber life that he offers in bis work, according to bis time, where we face the Renaissance, the Mysticism and the popular feeling before the death. Cervantes, since he is such a prolific writer, depending on the literary work that he writes, knows how to express, witb master hand, the feeling of bis characters with an admirable strength and expressiveness. |
