Funciones y disfunciones del papel del maestro-tutor en las prácticas de enseñanza

Abstract

La investigación que aquí se presenta aborda, básicamente, el estudio de las funciones que desarrollan y deben desarrollar los maestros- tutores durante el periodo en el que tienen asignados estudiantes de magisterio. De los resultados, procedentes del tratamiento estadístico aplicado a los datos que han sido recogidos mediante un cuestionario elaborado a tal fin, podemos deducir que el papel primordial del maestro- tutor ha consistido en colaborar, orientar y proporcionar la información que necesitase al estudiante en prácticas. Finalizamos con unas conclusiones a modo de implicación derivadas de las mismas.

This research tackles, basically, the study of the functions the supervisors must develop during the period in which they supervise students of teaching. the results, originating as much aj the statistical treatment applied to the data that have been gathered by means of a questionnaire elaborated to such aim, like of the gathered and analyzed interviews, let us deduce that the university professors in their paper of supervisor has consisted of the offer and support to the students in those subjects and moments when they needed it. We finalized with conclusions as a implication derived from the same ones.
