| Abstract: | Las Leyes 54 a 61 de Toro, al regular materialmente los principios esenciales y las instituciones relativas a la capacidad de obrar de la mujer casada castellana, es el régimen jurídico-privado que rige la actuación de la mujer casada en el Derecho Indiano. La mujer casada en Indias tiene así las mismas limitaciones a la capacidad de obrar que la mujer casada castellana. Laws 54 to 61 of Toro, by materially regulating the essential principles and institutions related to the capacity to act of the Castilian married woman, is the legal-private regime that governs the actions of married women in the Indian Law. The married woman in the Indies thus has the same limitations to the capacity to act as the Castilian married woman. |
