Abstract: | La presente comunicación pretende establecer tipología modales multivariadas en torno al constructo de Personalidad Eficaz en contextos universitarios españoles. Para ello se aplicó el cuestionario de evaluación el cuestionario de Personalidad Eficaz en contextos diferenciados, PECED, (Martín del Buey y Dapello, 2006), a una muestra de 737 alumnos y alumnas universitarios españoles. El resultado son cuatro clusters: uno con puntuaciones elevadas en los cuatro factores del cuestionario (Tipo I), otro con puntuaciones bajas en los cuatro factores (Tipo IV), un cluster en los que presentan puntuaciones elevadas en tres de los cuatro factores Autoestima, Autorrealización Social y Autoeficacia Resolutiva (Tipo II) y Tipo III con puntuaciones elevadas en el factor Autorrealización Académica. Se describen las características diferenciales de estas cuatro tipologías, así como las implicaciones educativas que se derivan del perfil de competencias personales y sociales que definen cada tipología. The aim of this paper is to establish multivariates typologies around the construct of Effective Personality in the context of spanish university education. We applied the Personality Effective Questionnaire in contexts differentiated, PECED, (Martín del Buey y Dapello, 2006) to a sample of 737 spanish university students. The result is four clusters: a cluster with high scores on the four factors of the questionnaire (Type I), another cluster with low scores on the four factors (Type IV), a cluster with high scores in three of the four factors Academic self-realization Self-Esteem, Social self-realization and Resolutive self-efficacy (Type II) and Type III with high score on the factor Academic self-realization. It describes the differential characteristics of these four types, as well as educational implications arising from the personal and social competence profiles that define each type. |
