| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | Currently, we do not have an ideal staging system that would allow us to identify those patients who will have a worse prognosis when diagnosed with hepatocarcinoma. On the other hand, the deregulation of AhR expression seems to be related to carcinogenic processes both in animal models and in humans. The aim of this project is to establish a clinical and molecular correlation between hepatocarcinoma and the molecular expression of several proteins, mainly of the dioxin receptor (AhR), which will allow us to identify those patients who will present a more aggressive tumor behavior and, therefore, allow us to offer them a personalized treatment that guarantees their survival. | es_ES |
