| Abstract: | El artículo trata de abordar el análisis del incumplimiento contractual y la responsabilidad desde una perspectiva comparativa, analizando en primer lugar la cuestión de sobre qué ordenamientos jurídicos realizar la comparación y las equivalencias entre los diferentes Ordenamientos jurídicos. The article attempts to approach the analysis of breach of contract and liability from a comparative perspective, first of all by analysing the question of which legal systems to compare and the equivalences between the different legal systems. |
