Abstract: | El objetivo del estudio es conocer, en el profesorado en formación, los conocimientos y actitudes sobre violencia escolar, las estrategias que emplearían para resolver el problema y qué formación demandan y analizar si presentan diferencias entre la población de tres cursos de años consecutivos. Es un estudio transversal con una población de 553 alumnos del Curso de Aptitud Pedagógica del curso 2006/07, 2007/08 y 2008/09. El cuestionario, tipo Likert, consta de 56 ítems. Los análisis efectuados nos permiten valorar los conocimientos y actitudes teniendo en cuenta la variable curso encontrando diferencias entre ellos en el perfil del agresor y víctima, la motivación para intimidar y en las diversas actuaciones. La conclusión que se obtiene es que, aunque tienen una idea aproximada de lo que ocurre en las aulas, no se perciben con la preparación suficiente para poder ejercer adecuadamente su labor de docente y demandan una mayor formación específica. The objective of the research is to know, in the teacher training, the knowledge and attitudes about school violence, the strategies that would for to solve the problem and what kind of formation they demand and to analyze if there are present differences among the population of three courses of serial years. It is transverse research with a population of 553 students of the Course of Pedagogic Aptitude of the course 2006/07, 2007/08 and 2008/09. The questionnaire of 56 items, Likert type scale. The results show differences among the three years in the aggressor's profile and victim, the motivation to intimidate and in the diverse performances. The research concludes they are not perceived themselves enough preparation to do as teacher and they demand a bigger specific formation, although they have an approximate idea of what happens in the classrooms. |
