The project we present is a pilot study based on qualitative social research techniques, with quantitative simulation, with the aim of applying a model of analysis of the peculiarities and characteristics of the social capital of the northern regions, linked to the perceptions of the most relevant actors about their leaders and institutions. At the same time, this project aims to address the dissolution of the dividing line, the persistence or not of the "a espalda voltas" feeling and the potential and/or risks that this entails for the development of the towns, with a view to establishing future strategies for cross-border collaboration. |
