Análisis y prospectiva históricopedagógica de la Educación para el Consumo en el sistema educativo español

Abstract

En este trabajo se presenta un análisis de los planteamientos teóricos de una Educación para el Consumo, entendida no solo como una preparación del alumnado para acceder a los bienes y productos de manera más eficaz y eficiente, sino como una sensibilización crítica hacia las implicaciones que tienen sus actos de consumismo. Se realizará un recorrido histórico-educativo por las principales leyes educativas de los últimos 30 años para analizar cómo ha evolucionado la Educación para el Consumo. Por último, y dada su elevada y justificada importancia, se presentan propuestas educativas dirigidas a desarrollar conocimientos y estrategias de actuación al respecto. Para ello, en un primer acercamiento, resulta interesante establecer un espacio reglado y regulado dentro del currículum escolar donde poder trabajar de manera directa y explícita la Educación para el Consumo, pues no debe quedar diluida transversalmente entre las diferentes materias y a voluntad de los distintos profesionales educativos.

This paper presents an analysis of the theoretical approaches of Consumer Education, understood not only as a preparation of students to access goods and products more efficiently and efficiently, but as a critical awareness of the implications they have their acts of consumerism. A historical-educational tour will be made by the main educational laws of the last 30 years to analyze how Consumer Education has evolved. Lastly, and given its high and justified importance, educational proposals are presented aimed at developing knowledge and strategies for action in this regard. For this, in a first approach, it is interesting to establish a regulated space within the school curriculum where you can work directly and explicitly the Education for Consumption, since it should not be diluted transversally between the different subjects and the will of the different professionals Education.
