| Abstract: | Juan Belmonte fue uno de los grandes toreros de la época. Mantuvo una gran rivalidad profesional con José Gómez “Joselito”. En sus inicios fue contratado para torear en Guareña, teniendo mal recuerdo de su paso por esta localidad. Juan Belmonte was one of the greatest bullfighters at his time. He had professional rivalry with José Gómez, who was called “Joselito”. At the beginning, he was hired for bullfighting in Guareña, where he got bad memories through the years he spent there. |
