Abstract: | El presente estudio plasma la relevancia de la Autoeficacia en el desarrollo emocional y profesional en la persona. La autoeficacia se refiere a los juicios de cada persona tiene sobre las propias capacidades para organizar y ejecutar las acciones requeridas en el manejo de posibles situaciones específicas. (Blanco, 2010). La muestra elegida pertenece a la población de estudiantes de la Universidad de Extremadura, en concreto de la titulación de Ciencias del Trabajo, por considerarla la más adecuada para el ámbito laboral. El Instrumento utilizado fue la Escala de Autoeficacia Percibida de Del Pozo, “Variables Cognitivas y Participación Comunitaria. The present study forms the relevancy of the Autoefficiency in the emotional and professional development in the person. The autoefficiency refers to the judgments of every person has on the own aptitudes to organize and execute the actions needed in the managing of possible specific situations. (Blanco, 2010). The chosen sample belongs to the population of students of the University of Estremadura, in particular of the qualifications of Sciences of the Work, for considering her to be most adapted for the labor area.
