What certainly distinguishes this poem from other leopardinos songs, it is the perfect fusion between the title and the poem itself. There is nothing in it to get out of that concept, that the word in which the verses are framed: L'Infinito. It would even say that the beauty that Leopardi reached is more in the content that in the form: the approximation between each term, each rhythmic resource, each metaphorical resonance, suggest that infinity makes the object emerge almost directly, eliminating the artistic mediation. |
