Los abuelos y su influencia en el uso del tiempo libre y las actividades extraescolares de los nietos adolescentes

Abstract

Actualmente el rol y las funciones de los abuelos en las familias y en sus relaciones con sus nietos han experimentado un gran cambio. Los valores, formas de vida y de comunicarnos provocan una brecha intergeneracional de difícil alcance. En el presente estudio, y siguiendo la línea de otros artículos del mismo grupo de investigación, se ha querido poner de manifiesto la influencia de los abuelos en los nietos en aspectos como el tiempo libre y a diferentes actividades extraescolares.

Nowadays, the role grandparents have in the family and especially the relationship they have with their grandchildren have suffered deep changes. Values, lifestyles and means of communication cause a digital divide between them. The present study exposes how grandparents influence their grandchildren in aspects such as free time and extracurricular activities and it follows the line of work of the research team.
