| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this doctoral thesis are: • Identify the different protein tyrosine phosphatase in the sperm of pig, horse and dog and study the subcellular distribution of the proteins identified. • Study the implication of the PTPs in the functionality of the sperm to these species. • To assess the effect of the Refrigeration and cryopreservation of spermatozoa in the status of the activity tyrosine phosphatase and its possible use for the optimization of this technology. • Identify the molecular mechanisms of activation and regulation of the protein tyrosine phosphatase PTPN11 in the sperm of mammals. • Study the implication of the protein tyrosine phosphatase PTPN11 in the regulation of the sperm function. | es_ES |
