Tecnología y supervivencia: una mirada al siglo XXI

Abstract

En los momentos de angustia que presiden los inicios del nuevo siglo, pretendemos aproximarnos a los aspectos tal vez más llamativos de la contradictoria realidad: el progreso y la miseria. Para ello planteamos una ojeada conceptual que abarca desde la población a la distribución de la riqueza, pasando por la producción y por la eventualidad de la limitación de los recursos y la polémica del crecimiento económico. Por último, a través de planteamientos encontrados, ofrecemos algunos elementos que soportan posiciones éticas y políticas que afectan al individuo y a toda la sociedad.

In the moments of anguish that they preside over the beginnings of the new century, we seek to approach perhaps to the aspects more attractive of the contradictory reality: the progress and the misery. For we outline it a conceptual glance that embraces from the population to the distribution of the wealth, going by the production and for the eventuality of the limitation of the resources and the polemic of the economic growth. Lastly, through opposing positions, we offer some elements that support ethical and political positions that affect the individual and the whole society.
