| Abstract: | El artículo trata sobre el régimen jurídico de los cursos de agua
transfronterizos de la Península Ibérica, efectuando un recorrido que comienza con los
primeros tratados que establecieron las fronteras de España con Francia y Portugal, con
la transformación de los cursos de agua afectados en transfronterizos, y finalizando con
los actualmente vigentes, basados en la cooperación internacional para regular los
diversos usos y aprovechamientos de los mismos. The article discusses the legal regime status of transboundary watercourses of the Iberian Peninsula, making a tour that begins with the first treaties that established the borders of Spain with France and Portugal, with the transformation of watercourses affected in cross-border, and ending with those currently in force, based on international cooperation to regulate the various uses and exploitation thereof. |
