| Abstract: | En este momento, el Profesor de Educación, es quizás el asunto más corriente en la educación del mundo. Es tópico pensar que hay un creciente interés hacia el personal académico de la Universidad. Este trabajo desde una base teórica y desde una acción general, ofrece un grupo de propuestas del desarrollo del profesor universitario, algunas de las cuales están en fase de desarrollo en la Universidad de Barcelona. At the present, Teacher Education is perhaps the most current issue in the educational world. lt's a topic that is increasingly interesting University academic staff. This paper, from a theoretical basis and from some general action principies, offers a group of proposals for University Teachers Staff Development, some of them they're developing in the University of Barcelona. |
