| Abstract: | El artículo hace referencia a cómo se han ido forjando los Derechos Humanos en las diferentes normativas de los Estados hasta alcanzar un desarrollo común y un respeto al individuo como tal por el mero hecho de serlo. Hace referencia al pasado, presente y futuro del concepto. The article refers to how Human Rights have been forged in the different regulations of the States until reaching a common development and respect for the individual as such for the mere fact of being an individual. It refers to the past, present and future of the concept. |
